Everyone loves to be recognized for their efforts and accomplishments! Keep your unit members pumped up with our beautiful graphics, delivered whichever way works best for you! We have a few different options available for recognition, you can learn about each of them below!
Unit Recognition Options:
Whether you like to create the graphics yourself or have them made for you, and post them yourself or have us post them to your groups, we have options that will work for you!
Auto Reco
Is it right for you?
This is a brand-new service that we're super excited about! We've been working with our development partners to develop a system made specifically with Mary Kay Directors in mind. Here's how it will work:

Specific recognition categories will be checked automatically from your linked InTouch reports.

Recognition graphic templates that match each category are pulled.

Your achiever's photo and name are pulled from your pre-populated folder and dropped right into the template.

The finished graphic is deposited into your own special reco Suite. Birthdays appear on your Suite calendar, and other reco can be instantly posted to your Suite when the information is ready.

You don't have to do anything at all to make the graphic images, everything is done for you automatically!

You can download the graphics from your Reco Suite and use them where you would like to post/text/email them.

DIY Reco
This is part of our DIY Graphics package!
You get access to our FULL library of recognition templates. Each template is flattened, so you can use it even with a free Canva account, but you can still customize it with your unit member's name and picture. Most templates are for individual achievers, but many are available for groups and lists as well.
