A little about the PinkSuccess Girls...
Shawn
My PinkSuccess journey began in October 2006, but my heart for this business started long before that. After spending six years as a Director, I discovered that I truly loved the “office” side of the business—the creativity, communication, organization, and all the behind-the-scenes details that help a unit thrive.
As life changed and my family needed more of my time, PinkSuccess became a way for me to continue doing what I loved while being there for the people who mattered most. My husband, Bob, and I have been married for 30 years and have three wonderful children, Isaac, Bella, and Jamin. Building PinkSuccess has given me the flexibility to be present for my family while creating a business that I absolutely love.
One of my favorite parts of what I do is creating new ideas and helping Directors find solutions that make their businesses easier and stronger. I love looking at what they need, figuring out how we can help, and then bringing those ideas to life.
And while my name may be behind PinkSuccess, it is definitely not a one-woman show! I have been incredibly fortunate to build an amazing team of women who care about our clients and this business as much as I do. They are a huge part of what makes PinkSuccess what it is today.
We’re real people behind the emails, graphics, websites, texts, and services—and we’re always just a phone call away. I’m so proud of the team we’ve built and so grateful that we get to help Directors every single day.
Meet the PinkSuccess Team
Cheryl
Cheryl has been part of PinkSuccess since 2011 and is our detail girl! Her eye for the little things makes her a natural at newsletters, websites, social media recognition, and so much more. She helps make sure everything looks polished and just right.
Anne
Anne has been part of PinkSuccess since 2013—and she also happens to be my sister-in-law! She’s our go-to Customer Relations girl, always ready to help and make you laugh. She also manages emails, newsletters, and wears MANY hats behind the scenes.
Rebecca
Rebecca has been bringing her creative talent to PinkSuccess since 2015. As one of our graphic designers, she creates many of the social media graphics, flyers, and designs you see. She has a great eye for making every idea stand out!
Leah
Leah joined the PinkSuccess team in 2020 and has a wonderful way with words, ideas, and creative thinking. She helps with marketing, content, and a variety of behind-the-scenes projects that keep PinkSuccess fresh and moving forward.
April
April has been part of PinkSuccess since 2020 and is one of our talented Newsletter designers. She takes great pride in her work and has an eye for creating newsletters that make each Director’s recognition shine.
Amanda
Amanda joined the PinkSuccess team in 2020 and is one of our detail girls! She designs newsletters, helps with texting, and has a great eye for catching the little things that make a big difference.
Jen
Jen joined our team in 2021 and is another one of our detail girls! She helps keep projects organized and on track, tackles a variety of behind-the-scenes tasks, and also brings her talents to designing newsletters.
Aubrey
Aubrey joined PinkSuccess in 2022 and brings her creativity to the team! She designs newsletters and helps write engaging social media content, bringing fresh ideas and a creative touch.
Brittany
Brittany joined us in 2023 through her mom, one of our clients! She’s our go-to techy girl, with a knack for learning programs and making things work. She brings creativity to content & marketing and helps with new client onboarding and Client Care calls.
Cheyenne
Cheyenne joined PinkSuccess in 2023 and brings great energy to the team! She helps welcome new clients through onboarding, stays connected through client care calls, and brings her creativity to writing our monthly virtual party templates.
Cindy
Cindy joined PinkSuccess in 2025 and helps bring our Spanish content to life! She translates our materials into Spanish and shares ideas that help us create meaningful, engaging content for our Spanish-speaking clients and their communities.
