 - Merging away from Betwext to VipeCloud

Will I be able to keep my PinkTel Texting Number?

  • You can either keep your current number or choose a new one ($75 Credit if choose a new one)

  • If you keep your existing number, there's a porting process which might take 2-3 weeks during which you won't have access to your texting number. 

  • If you decide on a new number, you can continue using your PinkTel number until your VipeCloud number is up and running, plus you’ll get a $75 credit on your next bill! 

    • Once we know your new number, I recommend sending a text from your PinkTel number to update your contacts about your NEW number - a quick heads-up text works wonders.

Can I choose the area code for my new number?

  • Yes, you can choose your preferred area code.  Sometimes area codes are sold out, so we will ask you for 3 different choices.

Can I stay with PinkTel instead of moving to VipeCloud.

  • Unfortunately, we will no longer have access to the PinkTel dashboard once this transition is final.

Is there a cost difference with VipeCloud Texting? CHANGE TO ANSWER

  • UPDATED ANSWER (3-13-25) - The price will increase to $63, I forgot to add in the $2 TSR fee.  But you will for sure SAVE money because of the credit usage is much less.  Sorry for the incorrect answer.

  • ORIGINAL ANSWER (3-12-25)- Monthly texting will remain the same, $61 for 1000 credits, and with VipeCloud you’ll get more bang for your buck! Most messages will now only use 1 credit, which means the cost per credit is significantly reduced – about two-thirds less!

When will this take effect?

  • Think of it like construction; we’re aiming for one month, but it could extend to two. It’ll be well worth the wait!

What happens to my existing PinkTel Credits?

  • If you have over 1000 credits left in your PinkTel account, we'll credit the extra ones to your VipeCloud account.

Do my credits roll over in VipeCloud?

  • YES, they do roll over each month.  Is that exciting or what!!!

How many credits do I have with VipeCloud?

  • The monthly subscription is 1,000 credits, which generally equates to 1,000 messages.

  • In the past, a 300-character message with an image would use 3 credits, but with VipeCloud, you’re gaining about two-thirds more in credit value.

Can I purchase more credits?

  • Absolutely! You have the flexibility to increase your subscription or purchase additional credits whenever you need.

  • Please note that PinkSuccess will no longer automatically add credits to your account. However, VipeCloud will alert you via email once your balance falls below 100 credits. This is a good time to consider topping up your credits to ensure uninterrupted service.

  • Rest assured, the messages PinkSuccess sends on your behalf will not exceed 1000 credits.

  • If you're using our Lead Management System (LMS), the number of credits you'll need may vary based on the volume of leads you manage.

How will I receive text notifications?

  • You'll get texts directly through the VipeCloud app on your phone! 

    • They’ll pop up just like any other app notification, and you can respond right there—no more logging into a website or holding down numbers to reply.

Can I have Texting without having the Email Service?

  • Absolutely! You can have either texting or emailing services, or both. They operate independently, BUT work together as well, so you choose what fits your needs.​​

​​How often will my contacts sync with VipeCloud?

  • We’re planning to sync contacts daily. We're still finalizing the details, but that's the goal. 

    • It will be more than 3 times a month (which is how it is currently).​

Will I still have access to all PinkSuccess templates and my personal templates?

  • Yes, you'll have access to all PinkSuccess templates.

  • Plus, if there are any specific templates you’ve created and want to keep, just let us know and we’ll transfer them over for you.

What happens to the contacts and lists I created in PinkTel?

  • Tell us which lists you want to bring over, and we'll handle the migration for you.

​

What if I have messages scheduled already for contacts to receive?

  • If you have LMS, we will migrate them over to VipeCloud, and inform them of your new number, if you choose a new number.

  • We will do our absolute best to migrate in other type of unsent messages to VipeCloud with little interruption.

What kind of training will be provided for VipeCloud Texting?

  • Detailed training available on our website

  • Interactive workshops

  • VipeCloud also has training videos available

Do I need to keep paying Betwext?

  • Yes, you'll need to continue your payments to Betwext until we fully transition your account. Once that's done, there will be no more bills from them.

  • We cannot transition you to VipeCloud texting if you have an outstanding bill with Betwext, that has to be paid in full before we can move forward.

Will I have to pay VipeCloud for texting?

  • No, you won’t have to pay VipeCloud directly for the texting service. You will be billed through PinkSuccess - all one bill!
